Animal Friends Camp - for kids entering grades 1 & 2

June 14-18 / 10:00 am to Noon

Why does a cat meow and a dog bark? Learn about how animals communicate with people. There will be fun activities, crafts and lots of interaction with our shelter animals. Click here to register.

 

Animal Care Camp - for kids entering grades 3 & 4

June 28-July 2 / 2 Sessons Available, Select One: Session A 10 am to Noon OR Session B: 1:00 to 3:00 pm

Animal Investigators - for kids entering grades 5 & 6

July 12-16 / 2 Sessions Available, Select One: Session A 10 am to Noon OR Session B: 1:00 to 3:00 pm

Pull on your detective hat and discover all the hidden secrets about animals and their environments. You'll interact with our cats and dogs and other animal guests.Click here to register.

 

Animal Advocates Camp - for kids entering grades 7 & 8

June 14-18 / 1:00 to 3:00 pm

Animals need our help! Learn some impactful ways you can help make a difference in the lives of our shelter cats and dogs and other animals.Click here to register.

 

One Day Mini Camps - $50 per camp; all mini camps run from 9:00 to Noon

Art With Animals (grades 3 - 5) / July 21 Learn to draw animals and create animal themed art projects. Click here to register.

Animal Training (grades 5 - 7) / July 28 Get to know some training techniques and put them into practice with our adoptable animals. Click here to register.

Critter Crafts (grades 1 - 2) / August 4 Crafty kids will have lots of fun making animal themed projects and interacting with our animals. Click here to register.

 

Teen Camp Assistants - $75

We are looking for Teen Camp Assistants! (TCA's). Teens entering grades 9 - 12 will support summer camp staff and act as role models as they guide campers in crafts and games, engage campers in lessons, and assist with animal guests. TCA's should enjoy working with children and animals, are good team players, and are enthusiastic self-starters.
